Kristyn Durre of Flanagan Rehabilitation and Health Care Center wins Outstanding Public Relations in the Nursing home division for Petersen Health Care 3 years in a row. She has won this honor for 2013,2014, and now 2015. She received the 2015 award at the 19th Annual Petersen Health Care Awards Banquet on March 16th in Sullivan Illinois. Kristyn has worked as the Community Relations Coordinator for almost 4 years and with the facility for almost 29 years. Mrs. Durre started work at the facility at the age of 15 years old working in the kitchen . Petersen Health Care currently owns and operates homes in Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri.
