The Sullivan Pre-School

Mason Point – the Sullivan Preschool came to the Mason Point Knight building for an Easter egg hunt on Good Friday.  Thirty one children raced to find 300 eggs hidden all over the building some were a little more excited than others!  After finding all of the eggs they enjoyed cookies decorated with green icing and a peep atop the cookie and milk.  After that they sang several songs to the residents who came to watch the festivities.
Some of the brave kids even walked through and shook hands with the residents and talked with them.  All who came had a great time!

 

 

 

 

Easter Bunny at Pleasant View

Pleasant View Rehabilitation & Health Care Center celebrated Easter by hosting their 2nd Annual Easter Egg Hunt. Over 5000 eggs were hidden and over 100 children enjoyed the Easter candy and prizes. Pleasant View Auxiliary also hosted an Easter Basket Raffle with proceeds going to the facility enrichment fund.

On Saturday April 23rd Watseka Rehab & HCC hosted it’s annual Easter Egg Hunt, the sun was shining and children 0-7 gathered to hunt over 2000 candy filled eggs and enjoyed a visit from the Easter Bunny. Residents and families gathered outside to watch all the children. The event was a huge success the Staff and Residents are looking forward to next year

Sheldon Health Care Center held their annual Easter Egg Hunt at 10:00 AM on Saturday 4/23/11. With a little cooperation from Mother Nature, the skies were blue and the sun was shining, allowing for a fantastic turnout and successful event. The residents were able to be outdoors to observe all of the activities, as well. Before and after the Hunt, children were able to have their picture taken with the Easter Bunny.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Easter Bunny Visits Twin Lakes

The Easter bunny recently visited at Twin Lakes Rehab and left over 1900 eggs filled with goodies and tickets for special prizes for children ages 1-11!!! We were so lucky the rain held off and everyone had a great time! The residents enjoyed sitting outside and watching the little ones scramble all around our back yard picking up eggs!

Twin Lakes Rehab and Health Care residents and their families recently enjoyed a peep party for their monthly family night. They celebrated Easter a littl early with their peep theme. They had peep refreshments and has to put together peep puzzles! A few chairs had hidden peeps under them and the winners received some special gifts! The winners were Roberta Rinehart, Ella Adkins, Cheryl Brooks and Kami Kraemer! Happy Easter to All!
