On the 14th of February 2017 Flanagan Rehabilitation and Health Care Center held its annual Valentine’s Dinner for the residents and their spouses. Some of the local ministers were invited for all they do to help the faciliary by volunteering their time to minister to the residents.  They Were served sparking grape juice in wine glasses. The choices of entree were Prime Rib,Butterfly Shrimp or Lasagna. The choice of sides consisted of Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Homemade Twice baked potatoes, Beer battered french fries,Glazed Fingertip Carrots,Buttered Green beans and a roll and butter.  The Desserts were exquisite!

From Strawberry Shortcake, Tiramisu, Red Velvet Pie,Chocolate Fudge cake and a puffed Pastry. It was a beautiful evening filled with love! The food was prepared by Kathy Schopp and her dietary department along with Kristyn Durre Community Relations Coordinator helping in the making of the Lasagna and Twice baked potatoes. Greg Green administrator,Virginia Black Director of Nursing, and Kristyn Durre Community Relations Coordinator were the hosts of the event.
