Summary of Position:
- Provide clerical support to the Medicaid ABE (application/Benefit/Eligibility) Department.
- Process and distribute all mail received to the department – daily
- Enter and update shared calendar entries – deadlines and dues dates.
- Research and update entries on ongoing case spreadsheets
- Prepare, draft and mail, letters, subpoenas and other various needed documents.
- Strong computer skills, able to manage emails, able to use Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Self starter with good written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work with little supervision.
- Ability to accurately organize multiple tasks and maintain due dates in a busy environment.
- Able to adapt to a changing environment.
