Summary of Position:

  • Provide clerical support to the Medicaid ABE (application/Benefit/Eligibility) Department.

Position Duties:

  • Process and distribute all mail received to the department – daily
  • Enter and update shared calendar entries – deadlines and dues dates.
  • Research and update entries on ongoing case spreadsheets
  • Prepare, draft and mail, letters, subpoenas and other various needed documents.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills, able to manage emails, able to use Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Self starter with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work with little supervision.
  • Ability to accurately organize multiple tasks and maintain due dates in a busy environment.
  • Able to adapt to a changing environment.
