The event held at Greene Acres MX Park on July 21st was a huge success and helped to raise over $1,700 for the cause. The race was sanctioned by the American Motorcyclist Association. Approximatly 30 riders of all ages showed up for the event as well as numerous spectators and MX enthusiasts. Spectators were able to enjoy open practices, practice races and numerous jaw dropping stunts. Karrie & Marion Greene, employees of Willow Rose Rehab & Healthcare, along with their wonderful familiy and volunteers organized and helped at the event. This is a truely a beautiful thing when we can all get together to support our community and a great cause. Thanks to all that were involved for making this a huge success. On July 19th Flanagan Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center hosted its annual Family Fun Day. There were more than 100 people that enjoyed free food, bingo for money, kiddy games, face painting, bags tournament and the Illinois Chip Program. Later that night people enjoyed the movie Parental Guidance.  It was a way for us at Flanagan Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center to say thank you to the staff, community and residents families.
