Testimonials
My mother Betty Winters, was a resident at Twin Lakes Rehab & Healthcare center from March 2006- her death on September 29, 2007.
Having worked in the Long Term Care field for the past 27 years, I am well versed in the regulations and also the day to day operations of the nursing home (in general). I can say nothing negative about my mother’s care and treatment. She was very well taken care of. I am most appreciative of the care she received from the nurse, Lori Quick RN, that was on duty when she died. I know my mother was given the respect and care she needed and deserved.
I don’t hand out recommendations lightly, but would, after my experience, refer anyone to Twin Lakes Rehab. I appreciate the caring staff and the proper care mom received.
Thank You,
Naomi Gates

Dear Twin Lakes Rehab & Healthcare
We just want to send a note of thanks for the care you are providing for our mother.
The Staff is friendly and helpful. When there is a problem you always take care of it promptly. If something is wrong you are always good about calling us.
We especially like the activities that are provided for the residents, including our favorite and mom’s FAMILY NIGHT!!!! The food is always GREAT!!!
Again, in a time when people are quick to point out problems and complain, we choose to compliment you folks and let you know we appreciate the care that mom is receiving.
Please keep up the good work!!
Sincerely,
The family of Eva Ludington

Our family would like to send very heartfelt thanks to Twin Lakes Rehab & Healthcare. A mother, sister, Aunt, Friend named Barbara Ogden lived at your facility until her death. During her stay she was treated with kindness, love, respect, and dignity. Barbie was not just treated as another resident she was treated as she was your own family member and that was so comforting and reassuring to know when we could not be there with her day in and day out. We would like to thank everyone from the kitchen, to laundry/housekeeping, Nurses, aides, therapy. Karen you have a great staff and your efforts are shown through them. If we ever have another family member that needs any kind of nursing care Twin Lakes Rehab & Healthcare will be our very first choice. We thank god that all of you were there when our family needed your loving care and support the most. The Angel Watch that you give to residents was very extra special, sometimes I think we all forget how much we appreciate that little extras that are done during a loved one’s final days and I have never heard of any home around that offers the Angel Watch. Your home going that extra mile really meant so much to our family. We were really in awe of all the love and concern for Barbie. So if anyone has a loved one needing nursing care they need not give a second thought about sending their loved one to Twin Lakes Rehab and Healthcare Our family was not disappointed and you won’t be either.
Thanks again Twin lakes Rehab & healthcare
From the family of

Many thanks for the lovely wreath for Mom’s services. We are so greatful for all the loving care you gave her these last two years. We never worried that she would not be cared for when we left her. She loved you all and so do we.
