2nd Floor of the facility includes our Community Room, Offices, Therapy, Beauty Shop, Dining Room, Day Room and dual Certified Skilled Health Care Facility with 45 beds. LaHarpe Davier Health Care accepts Medicaid, Medicare, Private Insurances, and most payor sources. Without extra charges for care levels of patients. The 2nd floor also has a beautifully landscaped fenced in courtyard including a gazebo and sitting areas.

3rd Floor of facility is 6 beautifully decorated Independent Living apartments. A nice community Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, private laundry room, and space for family dinners and visits.
