Job Information	Supervising the Kitchen and dietary department in a 77 licensed skilled facility. Meeting the nutritional needs of the residents with special diets, staying within a specified budget, and following the Illinois Department of Public Health Rules. At a minimum must have a Dietary Manager certificate, food service sanitation certificate and work as part of a health care team.
