Welcome to Countryview Care Center of Macomb

On behalf of the residents and staff of Countryview Care Center of Macomb, I would like to extend a very warm welcome to you and your loved one. The staff of Countryview Care Center strives for excellence in obtaining each resident’s individual needs and goals to attain their highest level of independence.

Our main objective is to provide excellent nursing care. We have a very dedicated and caring nursing staff to meet your needs. We also offer an exciting activity and social service department to provide for your social needs. We strongly encourage family involvement with our residents at any time.

Please excuse the mess at the present time. We are currently in the process of remodeling our entire facility. We are painting, wallpapering, a doing light construction to improve our facility. We are excited about the changes that have been made, and are eager to share the changes with you. We will be hosting an open house for all to see our newly remodeled facility in the future. Please stay tuned for updates on our progress.
