Dear Ms. Hair,

I would like to thank you and the nursing staff for the exceptional care and kindness that is poured on my Michael. It is so important to me that Michael be in a loving environment that consistently demonstrates through kind words and actions the impeccable high standard of care. There has not been a time that I have come to visit that I was not greeted with a smile and my Michael did not look well cared for.

I am his Nana and am able to rest because I know he is receiving the best care and for this I extend my sincere appreciation.

Thank you to each and every one of you for the wonderful work you do.

 Sincerely,

 Mrs. Lula Spears (Nana)__________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Dear Bloomington Rehab,

My mother is a resident of your Bloomington facility.  My sister & I recently attended the chili supper charity fundraiser forSt. Jude. I know most of the staff well because we are very involved with my mother’s care and I know they have a difficult, yet rewarding job. I wanted to compliment them on this event. It ran incredibly smoothly, they were well staffed, well prepared and it showed in the type of event they were able to pull off.  The residents greatly enjoyed the chili supper & the live country music (great band by the way). It was also a fantastic opportunity for families to visit and, of course, a very lucrative fundraiser.  Kudos to you for hosting such a wonderful event!

Thanks to all of you–

Words cannot express the gratitude I feel to all of you.  Bob had excellent care but most of all he felt special and loved while he was in your care.  May God bless each and every one at Bloomington Rehab.

My love to all of you,

Susan Amici
